Trump returned to using the 'Crooked' modifier in reference to his ex opponent, tweeting: 'Crooked Hillary Clinton blames everybody (and every thing) but herself for her election loss. "It initially made you think, 'well, what are you covering up?'"

Amazon has stepped in, having apparently deleted more than 900 reviews of the book.

Regarding Sanders, Clinton said the Vermont senator committed the "political sin" of not unifying the party by withdrawing from the race earlier in the primaries, doing "lasting damage" to her campaign.

Clinton also told The New Yorker that she took issue with a number of Trump's actions since taking office, including his threats against North Korea amid heightening tensions with the country. She blames Russian President Vladimir Putin for supposedly colluding with Trump associates to sink her campaign.

Clinton defended her use of the word deplorables earlier this week.
